To access the full features of the app, you must create a user account. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use, please notify us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent activities.
To list your vehicle for sale, you must provide accurate information about your car, including registration details, condition, mileage, and photos. Misleading information can result in account suspension and removal of your listing.
Once your car is listed, registered traders can submit bids. You are not obligated to accept any bids and should respond to offers in a timely manner. Acceptance of a bid creates a binding agreement between you and the trader.
Upon accepting a bid, the trader will arrange for collection and payment. SellAnyCarFast does not handle financial transactions between users. Ensure the collection process adheres to the agreed terms.

While we strive to connect you with qualified traders, we cannot guarantee the sale of your vehicle or the accuracy of trader bids. SellAnyCarFast serves solely as a platform for connecting sellers and traders without verifying vehicle conditions.
SellAnyCarFast is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app. This includes losses related to the sale process, disputes with traders, or collection issues.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion for violations of these Terms and Conditions. You may also request account closure at any time through customer support.
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. The latest version will be available within the app. Continued use of the app following changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
